The Nahant Garden Club Marie Ford Scholarship Award

Proceeds from our Garden Club fund-raisers are used in many ways to enrich and beautify our community. We offer an educational scholarship each year to an aspiring Nahant student.

The applicant must be a current resident of Nahant and have been a resident for at least three years. Preference will be given to a course of study related to ecology, environmental engineering, and conservation. In the absence of applicants majoring in the noted fields, the scholarship will be awarded to the student who has demonstrated significant contributions to civic and community service organizations.
